Who is this available to?
Guests staying at Shore Lodge and their furry dog friends.
What is it?
Shore Lodge is pet friendly. For an additional nightly “Daily Pet Fee” of $25 before taxes, guests may bring their dog with them to stay at the lodge with them. A pet stay also includes a pet letter, baggie mitt, and pet treat. The room will be supplied with dog bowls a mat as well.
Where:
There is a designated pet relief area to the west of the Lodge by the tennis courts. Unless the pet is an active service dog, pets are not allowed in food and beverage outlets. No pets are allowed on the lake front, pool area, or unattended.
When:
Based on the availability of pet friendly rooms.
How to Sign Up?
Guest must state at time of reservations that they are bringing a pet. Guest must state the name of the dog, size/weight, and confirm that the dog has had vaccinations at time of reservation. Guest is to be assigned to a pet friendly room only with the feature code of PET and the recurring charge for the daily pet fee should be set up at that time as well.
The Details:
- Pets must have current vaccinations.
- Housekeeping is not permitted in the room when a dog is present to clean/turn down guest room. Guest will need to call the Front Desk to schedule services when they are either going to be present, or the dog will be out of the room.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied to the guest if damage by a pet occurs.
Exclusions:
- Dogs Only- sorry no cats or boa constrictors
- Limit of 1 dog per room
- Dogs may only be in approved “pet friendly” rooms
