It was yet another beautiful evening at Shore Lodge as The Narrows welcomed acclaimed Walla Walla winery, Forgeron Cellars, for an exclusive dinner event. On Saturday, February 1, Executive Chef Steven Topple and Sommelier Dave Boyle joined hosted guests to an evening of education and indulgence alongside Forgeron’s Don Gagne.

Guests enjoyed a sparkling wine reception followed by four courses, each paired with one of the winery’s award-winning varietals. Though all of the dishes were a hit, Chef Topple says the lamb and Syrah pairing was the home run of the night. By the looks of these photos, it was a tough choice.
