Shore Lodge Culinary Festival Is Back!

Friday, April 7th through Sunday, April 9th, 2017

The fourth annual Shore Lodge Culinary Festival takes center stage for another year of foodie fireworks. It all starts on Friday night when guests get schooled in the fine art of fine food. Four simultaneous cooking classes and the Meet the Chefs welcome reception kick off a stellar weekend.

Saturday packs a punch with the Culinary King of the Mountain competition, where four of Idaho’s best chefs battle it out for the crown. If you are up for the food fight, then be sure to throw your hat in the ring and participate in the Chef’s Package, where you compete on a chef’s team for the chance to be crowned king.

During the breaks in the action, be sure to venture to the Farmer’s and Fair Trade Market, where local purveyors display some of Idaho’s finest goods. Saturday afternoon brings the Wine Education Class, followed by the Winemaker’s Dinner with culinary pairings from each of our competing chefs and our guest vineyard, the Wagner Family of Wine featuring Caymus Vineyard.
