The sixth-annual Payette Cup is fast approaching and Idaho golf enthusiasts are scrambling to be a part of it. The couples golf tournament will be held Aug. 25-27 and is open not only to Whitetail members and their guests but to guests of Shore Lodge as well.
“It’s the perfect time of year up here and the tournament is a great getaway for couples and their friends who love to golf and spending time in McCall,” said Dan Scott, general manager of Shore Lodge. “For golf fanatics, the Payette Cup represents a great opportunity to play what’s considered one of the top private golf courses in the country.”
The three day event will include:
- A welcome reception Thursday night at Shore Lodge’s Upper Pavilion with appetizers and cocktails
- One practice round and two tournament rounds of golf
- An awards dinner and dance Saturday night at Whitetail Club’s Golf Shop & Grille
The tournament is limited to 60 couples. Registration costs $645 per member couple, $950 per non-member couple and Payette Cup participants can receive a 15 percent discount on lodging at Shore Lodge during the weekend.
