Thursday is a great day. It’s past midweek, it’s almost Friday and it’s Burger Night the the Narrows Grill! For so many a burger has been a staple of their dining regiment since they can remember, usually prepared in a very simple, traditional way. At Shore Lodge, though, we like to mix things up and offer eight different gourmet burgers all made from local Idaho beef and adorned with a crazy array of fixings. Here are just a few we recommend:
- The Deer Creek Ranch Burger: House ground kobe short rib with mushrooms, onions, pancetta and Gruyere cheese on an onion kaiser roll. Pair it with a draft beer- delish!
- The Canadian Ehh: Idaho beef topped with maple balsamic roasted onions, Canadian bacon and brie cheese. Goes great with a nice glass of wine.
- The Big Easy: Creole spiced beef with andouille sausage, Tabasco mayonnaise and goat cheese. Some like it hot!
