Executive Chef Steven Topple has been working tirelessly to craft the perfect menu for our February 7 winemaker’s dinner featuring the renowned labels from Charles Krug. He and The Narrows team have been swirling, smelling and sipping until each of the five expertly crafted courses are fully realized. It’s a tough job, but naturally, they are happy to do it!
The fruits of their labor of love is finally complete and Chef is proud to introduce the Charles Krug Winemaker’s Dinner menu:
This incredible feast will be served alongside varietals from Charles Krug, Napa Valley’s first vineyard. Riana Mondavi will be on hand that evening to explain the nuances of the wines as they pair with each of Chef Topple’s courses.
