Every day at Shore Lodge is a delicious one. With sensational views and the scrumptious cuisine of Chef Topple at your disposal day and night, it’s hard not to feel satisfied. But there are days when we like to kick it up a notch and take our guests on an extra special culinary adventure. For example, last Saturday night at the Justin Vineyards winemaker’s dinner.
The evening brought an incredible California coastal winery to the heat of the mountains to create a one-of-a-kind meal which featured sensational dishes like grilled ostrich, vanilla butter poached lobster and chorizo-stuffed calamari.
