NATIONAL BLT MONTH
AT SHORE LODGE
Spring is finally here—what better way to welcome the season than with a savory BLT? Join us at Shore Lodge this April* to celebrate National BLT Month, served exclusively at The Bar. This signature sandwich features our house-cured, applewood smoked bacon—expertly crafted by Shore Lodge’s Executive Sous Chef Gerardo—and served on toasted brioche, topped with avocado, beefsteak tomato, arugula, and a kick of spicy aioli. This mouthwatering classic is a dish you won’t want to miss!

RAMEN NIGHT
Every Monday starting at 5pm
There’s no better way to kick off the week than a warm and flavorful bowl of ramen. This popular addition to the menu had rave reviews, and we’re thrilled to bring it back! We added three options: Pork Belly, Spicy Chicken, or Shrimp + Clam Ramen. Join us every Monday from 5-10pm for Ramen Night at The Cutwater on Payette Lake.
DINNER & A MOVIE
Every Tuesday starting at 5pm
Calling all cinephiles, Dinner & A Movie premieres on Tuesday nights starting October 15. The Cutwater on Payette Lake will open its doors at 5pm to serve your meal of choice right from the menu. Then, head to the movie theater by 7:30pm for a screening of a current blockbuster hit. Dare we say, dinner (and entertainment) has been served.
BURGER NIGHT
Every Wednesday starting at 5pm
It’s our Build Your Own Burger Night every Wednesday, where you’re the chef of your own burger masterpiece. Join us for an evening of burger bliss at The Cutwater on Payette Lake! We’ll be firing up beef patties from Double R and we’ll let you decide the rest, from tasty toppings, unique add-ons, and a variety of sauces.
