Whether you dine with us on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, you can choose from one of our deliciously crafted Christmas-themed entrees to savor the holiday season. Choices include a mouthwatering prime rib, or a maple and bourbon glazed ham, both served with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Our decadent Bûche de Noël will round out your meal.

Courtesy of The Cutwater on Payette Lake, order from our delicious Christmas To-Go Menu as you gather around the table with family and friends. Our prepared to-go meal includes seasonal starter salads, main family-styled entrees, and traditional Christmas side dishes. For dessert, indulge in a traditional and incredibly rich Yule Log filled with peppermint buttercream.
