Take a culinary journey through Italy’s most renowned wine regions at our Gusto d’Italia Wine Dinner. Experience la dolce vita with a five-course menu featuring Italian dishes infused with Pacific Northwest flavors. Each dish expertly paired with hand-selected Italian wines.

Our first stop is in the country’s northeastern region of Veneto. Home to Venice. The city of canals, gondolas, and the origin of Carpaccio di Manzo.

We’ll then fly over to Sardinia to be surrounded by the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. With over 1,800 kilometers of coastline, what’d be better than a Fregola di Frutti di Mare?

Back on the mainland, we’ll travel through the rich culinary heritage of neighboring regions Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna for Grana Padano and Parmesan Tortellini and Bison Osso Buco.

The foot of the Alps is our final destination. Surrounded by picturesque mountain ranges and monumental architectural landmarks, meet us at Piedmont for Panna Cotta. That is –– Huckleberry Panna Cotta for that special McCall infusion.
