MAY – BURGER MONTH
May brings The Big Texan to Shore Lodge. Indulge in a mouthwatering burger made with Snake River Farms American wagyu beef, topped with red butte hatch chili cheddar, huckleberry BBQ, and crispy onions, and served on a buttery brioche bun. Served exclusively at The Bar.
SUNDAY BRUNCH
Sunday is the day to take it a little slower, and this season’s brunch buffet starts the day a little sweeter…or savory, whatever you prefer. Join us at The Cutwater on Payette Lake every Sunday from 8am – 12pm, for our buffet experience with a side of lakefront views. Gather with friends and family and do it all again next week!

KERMIT LYNCH WINE MERCHANT
Kick off your weekend with a glass of Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant on Friday, June 5, from 5 – 8pm at The Bar! Enjoy standout French and Italian wines from small producers, all expertly curated since 1972 to highlight their authentic regional character. For over 50 years, Kermit Lynch Wine has ensured quality by transporting its wine in refrigerated trucks and containers, so it tastes the same in your home as it does in Europe. Quite fascinating, right? To top off the night, enjoy a live performance by Michael Gabriel, known for his soulful, melodic sound and emotionally driven songs.
