Our reservations platform will be on vacation for a few days while it undergoes an exciting upgrade. When it returns, it will be refreshed and renewed, and we can’t wait to share it with you! In the meantime, here are some things you’ll need to know.

From Sunday, April 26, to Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 6pm MT, all hotel reservations, both online and by phone, will temporarily be unavailable. This includes any modifications and cancellations to current reservations. If you need to communicate with the reservations team during this time, please email us at reservations@shorelodge.com so we may contact you back at our earliest opportunity. The reservations system will be active again by Tuesday, April 28, at 6 pm MT, and bookings, cancellations, and modifications will resume online and by phone.
