ADA Suites
Our ADA Guest Rooms enjoy the same attractive room décor and amenities, as well as an extended accessibility design. We offer a selection of rooms with two queen size beds or a king size bed with clearance on all doorways and between furnishings. Some of the ADA Guest Rooms offer a bathroom with a roll-in shower and closet constructed to provide convenient access.
When booking reservations online, please look for rooms with the ADA code. If making your reservations by phone, request an ADA compliant room and we will be sure to accommodate your needs.
Resort Fee
At Shore Lodge, we provide a complete mountain escape, from guest rooms to dining, recreation, and entertainment. Room rates do not reflect resort fee, which encompasses the following amenities available without ever having to leave Shore Lodge: 43-seat state-of-the-art theater with an extensive film library, nightly fire pit gatherings with s’mores on the beach, beachfront access to Payette Lake (seasonal), ski valet, bicycle usage (seasonal), year-round heated pool and hot tubs, game room, transportation (within city limits), fitness room, valet and self-parking, wireless internet and local phone calls.
2025 Cancellation Policy
We look forward to sharing our private sanctuary with you; however, we understand that sometimes plans change. A full refund will be given for cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival, or 30 days prior to arrival during the summer season (30 day cancellation policy May 23, 2025 – September 30, 2025).
For bookings from May 23, 2025 (Memorial Day Friday) through September 30, 2025, a 50% deposit of the reservation total is required to hold the reservation. For cancellations or date changes received 30 days before your arrival date, the deposit will result in a full refund. For cancellations or date changes received after 30 days prior to your arrival date, including no-shows, will result in full forfeiture of the entire deposit, and the remaining total of the entire reservation will be charged. At 30 days prior to your arrival, the remaining balance of the reservation will be charged for all bookings.
2026 Cancellation Policy
We look forward to sharing our private sanctuary with you; however, we understand that sometimes plans change. For bookings from Friday, May 22, 2026, through Wednesday, September 30, 2026, a 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The remaining balance will automatically be charged 30 days before your arrival date. Cancellations or date changes made 30 days or more before your arrival date during this time-frame will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations or date changes made within 30 days of your arrival date, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the full deposit, and the remaining total of the entire reservation balance will be charged.
For all other dates throughout 2026, cancellations or date changes made 15 days or more before your arrival date will result in a full refund. Cancellations or date changes made within 15 days of your arrival date, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Departures earlier than the scheduled departure date will be charged for one additional night at the booked rate value. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.
Firearms Policy
No person may enter the Resort’s property with a concealed firearm or firearm that is carried openly. We encourage all Resort visitors and guests to leave their firearms in their vehicle during their stay.
