The arrival of a new season also means a fresh cocktail lineup at The Bar. Starting 04.30, stop by and try one of our spring/summer libations.
Volans Blood Orange Mule
A copper mule filled to the brim, garnished with a lime slice and a sprig of mint, screams summer is here! Moscow mules are among the most desired cocktails of the season, but a Shore Lodge cocktail wouldn’t be complete without a twist. In our signature recipe, we’re swapping vodka for tequila, a lime slice for an orange peel, and a sprig of mint for a basil leaf. Introducing the Volans Blood Orange Mule, which packs a bit of spice. Prepared with Volans Reposado Single Barrel, Fever-Tree Blood Orange Ginger Beer, lemon juice, Ancho Reyes, jalapeño simple syrup, and basil, this might just become your new favorite refresher.
Pimm’s Lemon Spritz
When life hands us lemons, we make lemonade for our Pimm’s Lemon Spritz cocktail. This English specialty drink is crafted with Pimm’s Liqueur, lemonade, Zonin Prosecco, and club soda, offering a fruity and mildly spiced refresher. Garnished with an orange slice, this cocktail is perfect for sipping on our outdoor terrace with good company and even better views.
Sweet Empress
Named for its elegant appearance, the Sweet Empress is always picture-ready to debut on your Instagram carousel or story. Crafted with Empress Gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, and Sweet Water Vanilla/Cardamom, this cocktail is sure to impress and delight.
Jamaica Me Crazy
You don’t need to book a trip to Jamaica to experience a tropical escape. Idaho is far from the Caribbean, but with sandy beaches, clear waters, picturesque views, and a Jamaica Me Crazy cocktail in hand, you’ll feel like you’re in paradise. Featuring Malibu Rum, Plantation Pineapple Rum, Grenadine, pineapple juice, and blue curaçao, you’ll stay refreshed with the flavors of the tropics while enjoying a getaway to Central Idaho.
Cucumber Mock-jito
Sunscreen and sunglasses may be considered the ultimate warm-weather essentials. But the true stars of the season are cucumber and mint in our Cucumber Mock-jito! Our new lineup of libations wouldn’t be complete without a free spirit. This refreshing mocktail is prepared with cucumber, mint, club soda, honey simple syrup, and lime for anyone looking for a hydrating drink to cool down.
Cucumber Mint Smash
Now, we couldn’t make a mocktail featuring cucumber and mint without making a cocktail version, too! The Cucumber Mint Smash will keep you crisp and chilled with a feel-good spirit. Prepared with Belvedere Vodka, St. Germain, lemon juice, lavender simple syrup, cucumber slices, and mint sprig, this is the perfect cocktail to sip on while enjoying a beach read.
