Mixing It Up
Open daily from 3–11pm, with Saturdays and Sundays opening at 12pm, The Bar at Shore Lodge is the go-to place for Happy Hour specials, a quick bite during a game, or cocktails with friends. Our mixologists create a new cocktail menu twice a year, including new creations highlighting the season’s flavors with a mix of tried-and-true signature cocktails. Think pineapple, strawberry, watermelon, and nectarine – sweet, citrus, sour, and spicy are all in the spring cocktail portfolio.
- El Camino* – The local fire department is on standby as we bring the smoke and heat with El Camino. Crafted with Dos Hombres Mezcal, mango puree, Cointreau, lime and orange juice, jalapeno simple syrup, cilantro, and a Habanero Crystal Rim, this is the drink to try this season.
- Huckletini – Nothing says tried and true like our renowned Huckletini. Garnished with fresh huckleberries, savor this popular drink’s earthy and floral notes blended with 44 North Huckleberry Vodka, Cointreau, and a splash of lime for a perfectly balanced concoction.
- Shore Fashioned – Classics are classics for a reason. The timelessness of an Old Fashioned is undisputed, especially when made with a Shore Lodge twist. Featuring Knob Creek Bourbon, Amaretto, Black Walnut Bitters, honey syrup, and garnished with an orange peel, the simplicity and elegance of the Shore Fashioned is appreciated by all.
- Piggyback Maple Sour – Our bartenders will shake it up with the Piggyback Maple Sour for our bold cocktail enthusiasts. Prepared with WhistlePig 6-Year Piggyback Bourbon Whiskey, sage-infused Whistlepig Maple Syrup, lemon juice, egg white, and sage, this is the cocktail for anyone yearning for a smooth, sweet flavor profile.
- Jungle Bird* – Have your taste buds take flight to the Caribbean with our Jungle Bird cocktail. This unique drink is made with Smith & Cross Traditional Jamacia Rum, pineapple and lime juice, Campari Bitters, and Demerara Sugar. The rum’s depth and richness and the sweetness of pineapple will create a harmonious flavor in your palate.
- Corpse Reviver – We’re taking a trip to the 19th century with the Corpse Reviver. Created with Tanqueray Gin, lemon juice, Cointreau, Lillet, thyme simple syrup, and Absynthe, this cocktail serves as a boost because we’ve all needed that little ‘pick-me-up.’
- Strawberry Margarita Spritz* – Nothing screams refreshing like a margarita. But why not elevate it? Composed of Casamigos Blanco, lemon and lime juice, strawberries, agave syrup, Cointreau, and a splash of Prosecco, the Strawberry Margarita Spritz will keep you cool all season long.
- Watermelon Basil Lemon Drop – Why not do a modern twist on a lemon drop cocktail and have a light fruit take center stage? Presented with a sugar rim featuring 44 North Watermelon Vodka, Cointreau, lemon syrup, basil, and Limoncello, the Watermelon Basil Lemon Drop provides a well-balanced cocktail as the temperature starts to heat up.
- Nectarine Crush – In the name of citrus, we added the Nectarine Crush – a vibrant refresher meant to be enjoyed lounging poolside. Mixed with 44 North Nectarine Vodka Hennessey, Caravella Limoncello, lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura Bitters, this will be a cool quencher on those hot McCall days.
- Spicy-No-Paloma – Spirits can run high, even when opting out of a boozy drink. Back by popular demand, the Spicy-No-Paloma makes its second-year debut! Prepared with grapefruit juice, jalapeno simple syrup, lime juice, and club soda, this refreshing mocktail packs the spice and fun you’d want from a cocktail without the alcohol.
And if you’d rather try one of our spring cocktails while enjoying an authentic dining experience, the new spring cocktails are also available at The Narrows Steakhouse, open daily from 5-10pm. Savor our seasonal dishes and sip some new libations when visiting or staying at Shore Lodge. Make reservations at The Cutwater on Payette Lake or The Narrows Steakhouse or stop by any time at The Bar. We look forward to seeing you soon.
