With the turn of the season, it’s time to let go of the winter mindset and refresh our palates with the fresh flavors of springtime. While we patiently await the arrival of warmer weather in Idaho, that hasn’t stopped us from crafting our new line-up of spring cocktails at The Bar and whipping up delicious new eats.

Available starting May 10, 2023, let’s cheers to the season with these colorful, crisp spring cocktails.

Spring Cocktails

Looking for a cocktail with a spicy kick? Look no further than La Vida Loca! This fiesta in a glass features fiery jalapeño simple syrup and zesty lime juice, along with smooth Blanco Tequila and Triple Sec. And as if that wasn’t enough, a float of rich and fruity Tempranillo wine takes this drink to the next level.

Rosemary French 75

Elegant and refreshing, the Rosemary French 75 features The Botanist gin, tangy lemon juice, and fragrant rosemary simple syrup, all topped off with a bubbly splash of Prosecco. Sip and savor the flavors of this delightful drink while feeling like a true sophisticate.

Nymph O Maniac

In search of a bold and daring cocktail? Served ice-cold in a classic martini glass, The Wooly Bugger is an irresistible concoction that features Volans Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, and dry vermouth for an enhanced kick. To top it off, we add a zesty lemon swath and delicate flowers to make this drink a work of art.

Lillet Pear Spritz

Spritz up your life with the Lillet Pear Spritz! This bubbly cocktail combines the refreshing flavors of Lillet and Prosecco with the sweet and fruity notes of St. Germain and Absolut Pear. Sip on this playful drink and let the good times roll.

Bird of Passion

Get ready to take flight with the Bird of Passion cocktail! This tropical delight features a blend of tangy lemon and lime juices, sweet orange and pineapple juices, and zesty passion fruit puree, all shaken with smooth Gosling’s Dark Rum. Elderflower Gin Sour

Featuring a cocktail that’s both floral and fresh, say hello to the Elderflower Gin Sour! This delightful drink features Empress gin, sweet St. Germain, tangy lemon juice, and a frothy egg white for a velvety texture. Spicy No Paloma

Want to opt out of a boozy drink? Then you’ll enjoy this mocktail that’s both spicy and fun. Introducing the Spicy No-Paloma! This refreshing mocktail features zesty grapefruit juice, jalapeño simple syrup, tangy lime juice and is perfectly combined with bubbly club soda. It’s a party in your mouth that’s alcohol-free.

Because drinking on an empty stomach is never a great idea, here are some delicious new eats that you can fuel up on before or while enjoying your favorite sips. These new menu items are available at Shore Lodge only in the month of May, so be sure to make your reservations and plan your next dining visit with us.
