Buffalo Chili

After exciting your taste buds with one of our fall cocktails, make dinner plans to visit The Cutwater on Payette Lake to try our new Buffalo Chili. Packed with rich flavor profiles and high-quality bison meat, this slow-cooked and hearty dish provides a blanket of comfort during those brisk fall days. Instead of the usual chili recipe that includes ground beef, our recipe features Bison meat which is lower in fat and provides an enhanced taste and texture.

If you like the ‘works’, request your dish be topped off with shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, and tortilla chips. All the makings for the perfect bite.
